Detox Pre-cleanse Day 1

Well Im feeling a little sluggish.. but not because of my day one of the pre cleanse, that is going good. I just got back from a 2 (couldnt do 3 ) mile run and my legs were eating pavement the entire time. Technically Im suppose to give up caffeine during the cleanse but cant do it... I may switch to half-caf when I do my "40 days to personal revelation" (more details later). So i had my cup of JOE this am and had my raw vegan pizza for breakfast. I am leaving for Austin tomorrow so I will have to only do the PRE Cleanse until Monday. Then its full one, green juice only for at least 3 days. Followed by green juice and only 1 meal a day for 2 days. Your one meal is raw vegan food too by the way... so dont go crazy and start adding pizza and burgers to your diet after your cleanse! Im off to hit the weights. More later!
