Ok Michele, I'm going to follow this blog to complement my weight lifting. My soccer stretching isn't doing enough so if Yoga can get me to do a back bend again, I'll sing your praises at the next reunion.
ReplyDeletegreat! you know backbends are difficult.. I found most of my students have tightness in their upper backs which backs backbending very strenuous. Of course sitting at a desk all day doesnt help! start by bending off the end of the couch and really trying to open your back up...of course, dont fall off!
